RETURN POLICY:

JSISigns accepts returns within 10 business days on unused materials. Exclusions include, but are not limited to: Drop-ship items, equipment, and software. Loyalty points gained from returned items will be revoked. When returning an item, any charges incurred from shipping are the customer's responsibility. This includes if a returned item affects the free shipping policy. 

For example: if order is valued at $110 and receives Free UPS shipping and customer returns a $20 item.  Customer total order falls under the UPS free shipping threshold and will be 100% responsible for the freight on the original shipment.  The freight would be deducted from the material refund.
